DELIVERY POLICY and SHIPPING COST
T.TWINKLE provides worldwide delivery services through DHL express or UPS, allowing you to conveniently track the delivery progress. Insurance is also included, ensuring your precious gift yields flawless beauty once our T.Twinkle Box is unwrapped.
T.TWINKLE provides complimentary shipping to our customers to Europe, Middle East, North America, Asia, and Oceania.

Our shipping partners, DHL and UPS, also offer you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. RETURN & EXCHANGE
All orders can only be exchanged or refunded in the rare case of craftmanship faults. As such, a returned order would only be accepted once it has been apporved by us in writing.
Exchange for the same item in different sizes can be done within 14 days from the first delivered date.
However, the jewellery must not have been worn, altered, or damaged. And it has to be returned in its original condition.
