RETURN & EXCHANGE
All orders can only be exchanged or refunded in the rare case of craftmanship faults. As such, a returned order would only be accepted once it has been apporved in writing.
Exchange for the same item in different sizes can be done within 14 days from the first delivered date.
However, the jewellery must not have been worn, altered, or damaged. And it has to be returned in its original condition.
